Sean Brady, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, leads strategy, commercial growth and fundraising. He is driving the company’s expansion into new clinical applications and markets, while building the partnerships and infrastructure needed to scale. He is focused on advancing earlier diagnosis to improve patient outcomes.

With a J.D. from NYU School of Law and experience in technology licensing at Caltech, Sean brings a distinctive blend of legal expertise and entrepreneurial execution to medtech. He has led multidisciplinary teams across software, clinical and regulatory functions, guiding Vivio from university research through FDA clearance and into multi-state deployment.

Sean also serves as General Counsel at Foldax, a cardiovascular company developing polymer heart valves.
