Dr. Cheek brings extensive experience in primary care and cardiovascular disease, along with a broad understanding of healthcare delivery across both providers and payers. He has managed large-scale medical spend and has focused his career on improving care for patients and clinicians.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Cheek treated patients with advanced heart failure and saw firsthand the impact of timely intervention. His experience in primary care reinforced the need for earlier detection before symptoms appear. He is dedicated to helping clinicians identify and manage heart failure earlier to improve patient outcomes.

Dr. Cheek is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
